On my semester break for 3 months, I manage to get a part time job in this retail outlet as a Sales Assistant. Things that  I learned include stock check and stock entry.
Being a sales assistant has made me meet different types of people from different kind of background. It definitely improves my communication in terms of selling and bulding rapport with the customers. In terms of confidence and sales talk, it was a good experience indeed.

Another part time job after STPM while waiting for University entry. A wonderful working environment in the heart of old Malacca. Experience gained are kitchen work coordination from preparing light dishes like sandwiches, nasi lemak, drinks and getting creative on my own design of ice cream deserts. 
The art of serving customers must be an on the spot hospitality management course that I have pick up. Among the important ones to mention must be the proper way to pour wine to the guest. Not to mention the good learning of various kind of wines, cigars, liquors and beers.
